Novelty: Having nanoparticles gives special and unique properties to the desired material. One of the ways to add nano-SiC as an additive to aluminum and take advantage of the properties of Al-SiC nanocomposite is the friction fusion welding method. This material was proposed by this method under the existing conditions for the first time in this invention.

Novelty: Feasibility of changing the role of reduction from Al to C, because by changing the role of reduction from Al to C, graphite, which is a cheap material, is used instead of aluminum powder. With this trick, relatively expensive materials are produced from very cheap and economical materials.
